The Chamber board met February 1, 2007, at 7:30 A.M. at the VFW building.

WEB SITE: Check out the website! We are now updating membership. You can have us link your website to the Chamber site free. Get in touch with Patsy if you are interested.

CHAMBER DUES: Dues have been increased to $35.00 and due as of January 1st. This is the first increase since the Chamber began. Please get your dues renewed ASAP. Mail them to the Chamber office at P.O. Box 303 Adrian or drop them by the Chamber headquarters at the American National Insurance office on Main Street.

CHAMBER BUCKS: What a wonderful idea for Chamber businesses! We had over $500 spent in Chamber bucks in January. Remember to give Chamber Bucks as gifts to friends, employees and family.

CUP SALES: We have had good sales. The 07 cups are available at the Adrian Journal or the Chamber office. The 2007 cup makes a great gift. Fill it with flowers, candy, etc. and give it to a friend.

BAT: The BAT for February is to be held at the Adrian Bank on February 16, 2007. Be sure to put this on your calendar and drop in for food and fun from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. We need a host for April. ANNUAL BANQUET: RSVP NEEDED!! The March quarterly luncheon will be replaced by our annual banquet held at the antique tractor village. The menu will be brisket and pork loin. Drinks and dessert are included. This is scheduled for the evening of March 9th. Cost is $12.50 a person. We will need to know how many plan to attend. The doors will open at 6:00 and dinner will be at 6:30 p.m. You will be able to pick up your new membership certificate and a new door sticker if needed. We will also have signs available for your business to post stating “We accept Adrian Chamber Bucks”. Remember we have a drawing so bring a door prize. Put the banquet on your calendar as it is always a lot of fun and really good food. RSVP to the Chamber office 297-0004 or e-mail Patsy.

CHAMBER 2007: We hope to continue the activities outlined in the November 2006 newsletter and add to them anything that will help further business in Adrian. If you have a suggestion, please feel free to discuss it with us.
